Emergency School Closings
In the event of
bad weather, we follow the St. Mary's County Public Schools decision about
closing or late starts.
All Catholic Schools will follow
St.
Mary's County Public School
Closings and delayed openings due to inclement weather. There will be NO
separate notice for Catholic Schools.

****EXCEPTION
TO THIS:
IF THERE IS A DELAY IN STARTING SCHOOL AND WE ARE SCHEDULED FOR A 12:30
DISMISSAL, WE WILL BEGIN AT THE DELAYED TIME AND EXTEND THE DAY TO A FULL DAY
WITH 2:30 DISMISSAL.
Closings are announced on radio stations especially WMDM-FM 97.7 and WPTX-AM 92.
PRE-K WILL HAVE NO SCHOOL IF THERE IS A DELAYED OPENING OF SCHOOL.
**If there is a special event scheduled at Father Andrew White, and in the event of bad weather it needs to be cancelled or if there is an emergency closing, a statement will be posted on www.schoolsout.com under "Private Schools" and "Father Andrew White School"
